Company description

The company 3D Motion Controls was created to design and implement solutions that improve communication of the human-machine interface. It deals with the development of inertial navigation technology based on AHRS modules and its application in specific industries. The first product developed by the company is a controller that improves efficiency and convenience of work in CAD / CAM environments and environments for the design of three-dimensional objects, so the users of the device are constructors, product designers, architects. In the further stage of the company’s development, it is planned to implement the developed technology to control the location of physical objects, including robotic arms, cameras placed on gimballs. The founders of the company are two graduates of the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Warsaw University of Technology and the Technology Accelerator Gliwice.

Michał Leluch


A graduate of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Management at Warsaw University of Technology. President and founder of the company 3DMotionControls, specializes in project management, marketing and sales. He gained experience working as a Sales Engineer in such companies as (Festo, IMI Precision Engineering, etc.)

Norbert Izdebski


A graduate of the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Warsaw University of Technology. Technical Director and founder of the company 3DMotionControls. He specializes in digital electronics, PCB prototyping and embeded systems programming. He gained experience while participating in international competitions (Aventics, Shell, Bosch) and while working at the positions of Electronics Engineer.

Tomasz Lewański


Is a graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. He professionally dealt with the estimation of investment risk. His work focused on expert support of the entire sales structure including; reviewing and recommending key lending transactions in the Sales Department and subordinate Regional Business Centers regarding: Structured and long-term transactions, including investment projects, min. of a commercial and developer nature. He worked for banking corporations such as Bank Austria, Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA, DnB NORD Bank Polska and finally Alior Bank S.A

Akcelerator Technologiczny Gliwice

Science and Technology Park “Technopark Gliwice” Sp. z o.o. is a modern center of support for academic business, created in April 2004 by three founders: the city of Gliwice, the Silesian University of Technology and the Katowice Special Economic Zone. The main activity of the Park is the creation and promotion of innovative and modern technology companies, as well as the transfer of innovative technologies from the Silesian University of Technology and research and development units to the sector of small and medium enterprises.
